- Please take a few minutes to read the "Terms & Conditions" before placing orders from Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform web site ("the Site"), which expression shall include all web pages of Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform web site but excluding all hyperlinks, content links and frame links to other sites. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Site and the purchase of any merchandise from it. By visiting and purchasing merchandise from the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
- All policies referred to in these Terms & Conditions from part of these Terms and Conditions.
- We may from time to time change the Site, the policies and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the change.
- If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason whatever, that term and condition shall be deemed severed from the rest of the Term and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms and Conditions.
- The English versions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case these is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
- You must register with the Shop Platform as a Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform Member ("Member") before you can enjoy the services provided by the Site.
- You must be 18 or over to enter into contract.
- The Shop Platform reserves the right to reject the membership application of any person without giving any explanation.
- The Shop Platform reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member without giving any explanation but without affecting that person's liability, if any, owing to the Shop.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- Unless otherwise stated, things that you may see, read, hear, download or access on or via the Site (including but not limited to messages, files, data, software, images, photographs, illustrations, designs, icons, marks, text and written and other materials that appear as part of the site (collectively the "Content") are copyrights owned, controlled or licensed by Shop Platform and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
- You must not post contains viruses or similar software or data that is designed to interrupt, destroy or limited the functionality of any computer software or hardware;misleading or deceptive;or impersonates any person or misrepresents your relationship with any person;or transmit anything to the Site.
- You must not disclose or share your password to and with any third party to the site.
- All information about the merchandise posted on the Site is only an invitation to treat by the Shop Platform. By placing an order of purchase of merchandise in the Site, you are making an offer to the Shop Platform to purchase the merchandise. Accordingly, the order that you place with us shall not constitute a binding contract between us. After an order has been placed by you, you will receive an email from the Shop Platform confirming the receipt of your order but that does not constitute acceptance by itself. The Shop Platform retains the absolute discretion as to whether or not to accept the order.
- No contract shall subsist between you and the Shop Platform for sale by the Shop Platform to you of any merchandise unless and until the Shop Platform accepts your order by email confirming that it has shipped the merchandise you require. The acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you for all purpose at the time when we send the email to you, whether or not you receive it. For avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have concluded in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and you and the Shop irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
- If you want to cancel an order, please send your request to info@healthypet.com.hk as soon as possible. Please note once the merchandise has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Confirmation of the request of your cancellation will be given by email.
- We reserve the right to reject any order without giving any reason.
- Prices of merchandise and delivery and other charges displayed on the Site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to stock availability. The availability of merchandise as well as their prices and other services may change from time to time without any prior notice.
- All payments will be settled in HK dollars by Visa or MasterCard credit cards. We are unable to accept cash, checks, credit vouchers, gift certificates or other credit cards. We will charge your credit card when your order is accepted by us.
- Payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and the Shop Platform shall not be liable in any way if the financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
- Normally, your order which require no alteration will arrive within Five working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays). We are not however liable for any delay in the delivery of the merchandise.
- When your purchase amount meets HK$800, you will get FREE delivery. Otherwise, you will have to bear the delivery charges of the merchandise. The charges will be shown on the electronic invoice, and will depend on the weight of the merchandise and country of destination. All shipping charges are in HK dollars. For larger quantity orders, we reserve the right to deliver the order in multiple packages.
- We reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address.
- If the country of destination requires import license or other permit for import of the merchandise, it is your responsibility to obtain such license and permit at your expenses.
- General: Customers can return the shipped products within 14 days (including Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays) of the order date.
- Concerning return, please send us an email to us for confirmation. We will refund the purchase price of the merchandise. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges, except in the case of defective merchandise, where we will refund the original shipping charges and be responsible for the return shipping charges. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Concerning out of stock: In the rare occurrence that the product you require is out of stock, we will notify you by email. If we do not receive an order amendment from you through email at info@healthypet.com.hk within five working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays) after our notification, we will deliver the available merchandise only, and will refund the purchase price and shipping charges of the unavailable merchandise.
- While we attempt to be as accurate as possible, the Shop Platform does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or free from error. If a merchandise offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
- Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform uses the information you have provided to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to respond to you, to update you on services and benefits.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest. We will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing or market research contact. We will also follow local requirements, such as allowing you to opt out before receiving unsolicited contact, where applicable.
- Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others unless we have your permission, or are required to do so by law.
- Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform web site may contain hyperlinks to other sites. Those other web sites are not under our control and have their own privacy policies. You should review those policies when visiting such web sites. The links to those web sites, if any, are provided solely for convenience and information purposes. Healthypet.com.hk Online Shop Platform has no obligation to provide those linked web sites.
